Ecma (www.ecma-international.org) currently has one Technical Committee,
TC39, with SC 22-related projects. TC39's work is divided among the
following Task Groups (TGs):

1.	TC39/TG1 (ECMAScript language): The current standard is ECMA-262,
3rd Edition - December 1999, which was published as ISO/IEC 16262:2002, 2nd
Edition. Work on the next version is continuing. The editor of record for
the standard is Jeff Dyer. An adjunct standard, ECMAScript for XML (E4X), is
ECMA-357, 2nd Edition - December 2005, which was published as ISO/IEC
22537:2006, 1st Edition. The editor of record for this standard is Jeff
Dyer.

No Defect Reports have been received in the past year.

2.	TC39/TG2 (C# language): The current standard is ECMA-334, 4th
Edition - June 2006, which was published as ISO/IEC 23270:2006, 2nd Edition.
The editor of record is Rex Jaeschke. TG2 is in recess.

No Defect Reports have been received in the past year.

3.	TC39/TG3 (Common Language Infrastructure): The current standard is
ECMA-335, 4th Edition - June 2006, which was published as ISO/IEC
23271:2006, 2nd Edition. Two companion Technical Reports are ECMA TR/84, 4th
Edition - June 2006 (published as ISO/IEC TR 23272:2006, 2nd Edition) and
ECMA TR/89, 2nd Edition - June 2006 (published as ISO/IEC TR 25438:2006, 1st
Edition). The editor of record for all three is Rex Jaeschke. TG3 is in
recess, but some new work ideas have been circulated.

No Defect Reports have been received in the past year.

4.	TC39/TG4 (Eiffel Language): The current standard is ECMA-367, 2nd
Edition - June 2006, which was published as ISO/IEC 25436:2006, 1st edition.
The editor of record is Prof. Bertrand Meyer. TG4 is actively working on a
revision.

No Defect Reports have been received in the past year.

5.	TC39/TG5 (C++/CLI language): This language adds extensions to JTC
1/SC 22/WG 21's C++ language standard ISO/IEC 14882:2003 to support the
Common Language Infrastructure standard. The current standard is ECMA-372,
1st Edition - December 2005. The Fast-Track process on this was started;
however, no Ballot Resolution Meeting was held and the project was
cancelled. The editor of record is Rex Jaeschke. TG5 is in recess.
