Resolution R2001-05-02: Representation at SC22 meeting
WG20 resolves, in case that the convener cannot attend the
SC22 plenary 2001, that Alain LaBonté will represent WG20 there.
Resolution R2001-05-03: TR 10176 - guidelines for programming languages
WG20 resolves to revise TR 10176 annex A to
align with the repertoires of ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 and ISO/IEC 10646-2.
Resolution R2001-05-04: IS 14651 - concurrent registration and ballot
WG20 resolves to send N832 and the table in N833 for concurrent PDAM
registration and PDAM consideration ballot as the amendment 1 to IS 14651.
Resolution R2001-05-05: IS 14651 - sorting
It is highly desirable that sort keys built by implementations of ISO/IEC 14651 remain stable even if further additions are made to the Common Template Table. In view of this, WG20 recommends that once the Common Template Table in ISO/IEC 14651 has been updated to reflect ordering data applicable to the entire repertoire of ISO/IEC 10646-1:2000 and ISO/IEC 10646-2, that any weight entries for subsequent scripts be added at the end of the Common Template Table, rather than being inserted between weight entries for existing scripts in the Table.
Resolution R2001-05-06: IS 15897 - cultural registry
The editing group consists of the WG20 members attending the Tübingen meeting 2001-05. An email list [email protected] has been created for that purpose.
The editor will deliver a new draft end of May 2001. The editing group will check whether the agreed results are correctly reflected in the revised draft and agrees to comment until 2001-06-30. The editor will resolve any comments and submit a new draft to the convener by 2001-07-06.
The convener will then send the draft to the SC22 secretariat for CD registration ballot.
